David A. Molho, MD is a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement surgery. He has subspecialty training in minimally invasive anterior hip replacements. He completed residency at Yale University School of Medicine, and fellowship training with Connecticut Orthopaedics. His surgical training was focused on minimally invasive techniques which allow patients to recover faster. His goal is to facilitate a rapid recovery while delivering high performing hip and knee replacements. He performs anterior hip replacements, knee replacements, partial knee replacements, and fracture surgery.
Dr. Molho is a published medical illustrator – his surgical artwork can be found in textbooks and peer-reviewed medical journals. His illustrations feature anatomy, musculoskeletal tumors, minimally invasive surgical techniques, and sports surgery techniques. He also filmed, edited, and published three award winning surgical videos with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. His numerous research publications include topics on orthopaedic trauma, pediatric orthopaedics, hip and knee arthroplasty, and surgical history.
